This device boasts four 18650 battery cells with an impressive 300watts of power and a 0.96inch OLED display. It has everything you would expect from a device in the RX range with features like upgradeable firmware, temperature control, custom logo, TCR coefficient setting, TCM, preheat functionality, etc. This version now also features a new reverse charge system which will allow you to use your RX300 as a backup power bank via its 510 threading. (510 RC adapter not included). You can change the looks of your device with changeable leather imitating skins. And it has a brand-new interface with separate battery bar indicators as well as a multi protection system.

Please note that orders placed on Friday 27th and 28th February will not be processed and shipped until 1st March due to system upgrades.
Within the UK
  • All orders, regardless of size, are sent FREE OF CHARGE.
  • All orders are delivered by Royal Mail which, under normal circumstances, means 1-3 working days (weekdays). *
  • Orders are despatched on the same day if placed before 2pm on working days*. If your order is placed after 2pm it will be sent the next working day (weekdays again).*
  • A next working day delivery option is available for £5.00 extra.*

European orders
  • We welcome European orders.
  • All European orders are sent by DHL.
  • Free delivery does not apply to European orders, all European deliveries are charged at a fixed rate per country, regardless of size.
  • Delivery times will vary for European orders, but once an order is placed, you will be assigned a tracking number so you can track your order via the DHL website.
  • European orders may be subject to additional security checks.
  • Delivery times quoted at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.

Rest of the world
  • Free delivery does not apply to rest of the world orders. Orders outside the European Union will be charged at a fixed rate per country regardless of size and will be quoted at checkout.

Delivery issues and resolution advice

As we offer different delivery services there are different ways in which issue are dealt with when it comes to missing/undelivered orders, please see below for the procedure for each service that must be adhered to in the event of an issue. It is very important for you to read and consider the information before selecting the delivery method at checkout.
Standard Royal mail delivery service and Standard Royal mail Tracked service
In the event of an issue with a Royal mail delivery we must follow the Royal mail procedure to seek a resolution. The Royal mail state that we are not able to claim for a missing/lost package until 15 days has passed from the date of dispatch. If you have not received an order sent via the Royal mail please allow 15 working days from date of dispatch before contacting us about the issue. When 15 working days have passed since the dispatch of your order you must then get in contact with us so we can go ahead and place a claim with the Royal mail for the missing package. Once a claim has been placed the Royal mail are allowed a period of 30 days to come back to us with a decision in regards to the claim. Once a decision has been reached we will then contact you to discuss the decision made.
DHL Delivery service
DHL offer a far superior service to that the Royal mail offer and In the event of an issue with a DHL delivery service the resolution process is a lot quicker, DHL delivery issues can be resolved normally within three working days from the dispatch date. If you have a delivery issue for an order sent via a DHL service please notify us straight away so we can start the resolution process.
